Text Box: Kensley A. McDowall L.L.B (Hons.), LEC., TEP Kensley spent several years in Law Enforcement before going onto to qualify as a Barrister and Attorney at Law. He has worked in the Compliance Departments of Bermuda Trust Company Limited and the Legal and Compliance Department of Global Fund Services, a subsidiary of the Bank of Bermuda. Kensley was called to the Bermuda Bar and the Bar of several Caribbean jurisdictions including Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada and that of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Currently, the Chairman for The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Bermuda and represents Bermuda on the STEP Caribbean Regional Committee and on the STEP Caribbean Conference Committee. He is also an executive member of the Association of Bermuda Compliance Officers (ABCO) and a Fellow of the International Compliance Association.
